Inscriptions can be made on the site www.grimper.ch up to 5 days before a course. After this time, you can register by phone, if there is availability.
You will receive a final confirmation by phone or e-mail no later than 3 days before the course starts.
Registration fees are to be paid in full before course commencement (cash, Maestro, Postcard or gift card).
Climbing materials are provided free for the duration of all courses, except for private lessons (rental equipment is available).
Gym entry is included in the price of all courses. Subscription holders receive discounts on certain courses (see details of the course).
Cancellation of a climbing course (with fixed dates) must be made in writing and received by us at least 5 days prior to the start of the course or 30 days for ongoing training, or the total amount of the course will be charged.
For the cancellation of a private climbing course (with dates chosen by you) after it has been confirmed, 50% of the course fee will be charged. If cancelled less than 5 days before the start of the course, the full amount will be charged.
Without medical justification, we do not guarantee that missed courses can be repeated and participation fees are not refunded. Upon presentation of a medical certificate, we will refund the price of the course in the form of a voucher (in proportion to the number of missed courses).
