To progress in sport climbing we recommend training regularly with the advice of a specialist.



In small groups, you will benefit from expert advice and tailored exercises for physical climbing fitness (strength, endurance, flexibility, ...) while also focusing on the technical and tactical aspects essential for progression.

In collaboration with the regional sports center of the Swiss Alpine Club, we offer young climbers who wish to participate in competitions the opportunity to train regularly in our climbing gyms, Bloczone and Rocspot.



The coaches accompany the participants to weekend competitions.
