- Technique – optimise your footwork, practise dynamic movements, and improve your coordination.
- Tactics – analyse movements, identify and choose the right methods.
- Mental - dare to try, accept failure as a tool for progress
- Physical fitness - develop the physical qualities specific to bouldering - strength, explosiveness, core stability and coordination.
