Types of courses

Climbing regularly during a period means having fun and making progress! Are you lucky enough to have a weekday off? Take advantage of a quiet climbing course outside of the busy hours!

A personalised schedule for each participant will allow you to acquire new elements of technique, tactics, physical condition and mental strength.

Course content
General and specific warm-up, safety aspects, balance, coordination, strength and stamina training. Exercises to improve technical, tactical and mental skills.

Sportswear and drinks
Prerequisites
- Basic course 1 and 2 or equivalent knowledge.
- Each participant progresses according to his or her personal goals.
Note
If you have never climbed before and would like to find out if you like the sport, we recommend that you first enroll in a "discovery course for adults".
Regstration
Registration can be made on our climbing site no later than 1 day before the course.
There are currently no "Relaxed climbing" classes scheduled in this gym.
