Types of courses

Do you wish to have the technical knowledge to be able to climb safely and independently on top rope? This course is designed for you and will provide you with a solid foundation for climbing with minimal risk.

Course Content
Introduction to climbing. First ascent of our climbing walls on top rope (the rope is already secured to the top of the wall). Tying a climbing knot (figure 8). Learning belaying skills using the Smart device, learning safety rules and introducing other belay systems.
To bring
Sports clothes and a drink (water)
Prerequisites
Minimum age 16 years, no prior knowledge required
Advice
Completing this course enables you to enroll in "Basic Course 2", in which you will learn the techniques required for lead climbing.
Registration
Registration can be made on our climbing site no later than 1 day before the course.
