During a week, the children climb at least 3 half-days a week and take part in sporting and cultural activities the rest of the time. They return home each evening.

Course content
The climbing sessions (no pre-requisites) take place as follows:
- Fun warm-up
- Information about the infrastructure and its use
- Bouldering, top roping
- Training on climbing technique in a playful way
- Games

The rest of the half-days/full days: outdoor activities. If the weather is bad, indoor activities are also possible:
- Indoor or outdoor sports activities
- Water activities (swimming pool or other)
- Forest sofa
- Trampoline
- Short walks
- Cultural activities (visits, excursions)
- ...

This programme is given as an example. It is subject to change depending on the instructor who organises it and the weather conditions. The final program will be sent to you the weekend before the week.

What to bring
For climbing: sports clothes, water bottle, climbing equipment lent by the gym,
1 picnic and 2 snacks.
For the activities: good walking shoes, rucksack (10l) with large shoulder straps,
hat and clothing depending on the weather.
Specific equipment for the activities (swimming costume, special shoes, etc.) will be sent to you with the week's programme.

Note
The belay techniques necessary to use the climbing gym facilities independently are not taught during this week. This week takes place from 5 inscriptions.

Registrations can be made on the grimper.ch website no later than the Friday before the course.
Entrance fees and climbing equipment are included in the course price, as are all activities organized during the week.
There are currently no "Multi-activity week" classes scheduled in this gym.
