Do you feel like you’re stuck on bouldering and can’t seem to progress to the next level? We’ve got just what you need! A course structured around four sessions where you’ll discover and develop the four essential pillars of bouldering progression:

  • Technique – optimise your footwork, practise dynamic movements, and improve your coordination.
  • Tactics – analyse movements, identify and choose the right methods.
  • Mental - dare to try, accept failure as a tool for progress
  • Physical fitness - develop the physical qualities specific to bouldering - strength, explosiveness, core stability and coordination.

Led by a trained and experienced instructor, this course guarantees high-quality support and tailored advice to help you progress safely.

 

Course content
Personal technical assessment, visualization and reading, strategy for working a route, discovery of training tools, muscle strengthening.
Prerequisites
Minimum age of 16 years old and regular practice of bouldering
Registration
Registrations can be made on the grimper.ch website at least 15 days before the course.
