Course content
Core techniques and application of precise climbing sequences (resting positions, visualisation, correct movement and placement of feet, phases of extending, moving and gripping), reading the route, rhythm, special movements and video analysis

Minimum age 16, completion of "Basic course 2" or equivalent knowledge and experience
After this course, register for regular training or personalised coaching to continue improving
Registration can be made on our climbing site no later than 1 day before the course.
There are currently no "Tactics and technique" classes scheduled in this gym.
