This course is designed to help you progress, overcome plateaus and climb with greater efficiency and confidence. Over the course of the sessions, you’ll develop the four pillars of climbing progression:

  • Technique – optimise your footwork and body movement.
  • Tactics – learn to read a route, manage your breathing and find the right rhythm.
  • Mental – overcome your fears, learn to fall calmly and develop a success-oriented mindset.
  • Physical fitness – acquire the tools needed to develop your physical abilities (strength, endurance, core stability, flexibility)

Led by a trained and experienced instructor, this course guarantees you high-quality support and tailored advice to help you progress safely.

Course content
Core techniques and application of precise climbing sequences (resting positions, visualisation, correct movement and placement of feet, phases of extending, moving and gripping), reading the route, rhythm, special movements and video analysis
Prerequisites

Minimum age 16, completion of "Basic course 2" or equivalent knowledge and experience

After this course, register for regular training or personalised coaching to continue improving
Registration
Registration can be made on our climbing site no later than 1 day before the course.
There are currently no "progression workshop" classes scheduled in this gym.
