- Core techniques and application of precise climbing sequences (resting positions, visualisation, correct movement and placement of feet, phases of extending, moving and gripping), reading the route, rhythm, special movements and video analysis

- Minimum age 16, completion of "Basic course 2" or equivalent knowledge and experience
